Urban Ghost Photography
Rob Boria | Photographer
Urban Ghost Photography is where elegance meets edge — a visual journal capturing the interplay between refined style and the raw energy of the street. Based in Connecticut and often working in New York City, I create images that blend the timeless allure of fashion with the unfiltered honesty of documentary work.
I’m drawn to movement — the whisper of silk in motion, the sharp rhythm of heels on concrete, the way a perfectly tailored garment transforms a presence. My lens seeks out those moments of intention in a world increasingly casual, honoring the artistry of those who dress with purpose.
Fluent in Spanish and English and currently studying French, I navigate cultures with ease, bringing a global perspective to my work. My photography is informed by a life lived between worlds — raised with both discipline and independence, shaped by resilience, and sharpened by an instinct to observe. Diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, I channel my ability to thrive in fast-moving, complex environments into capturing fleeting moments others overlook.
Whether on the street or in collaboration with designers and models, my goal is constant: to create photographs that are both visually striking and emotionally resonant — images you don’t just see, but feel.
